Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting for a BSW to join the dynamic team of providers already in place providing exceptional patient care with our elderly patients.
Hospice care is about walking loved ones through life while building relationships and bringing joy to the patients. You will get to know the patients, hear their life stories, and help maximize their quality of life.
A typical day will include: Assisting and coordinating end-of-life care for patients, and providing support and resources for family members.
This position is: Full-time days.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited institution with a Master's Degree in Social Work
- Experience: New graduates welcome; 1 year of experience preferred
- Skills: Patient care
- Licensure/Certification: Licensed in the state of Missouri - MSW
