Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation (CMH) is recruiting a Laundry Worker.
Ash Grove Healthcare Facility is an 82-bed long-term care, skilled nursing facility. Services include a 20-bed memory care unit to meet the needs of individuals with dementia, including Alzheimer's disease.
Description of department: The day shift consists of three housekeepers, a floor tech, a laundry worker, and the director. Our evening shift consists of one housekeeper and a laundry worker. Day and evening shift will have a set schedule unless the staff changes.
A typical day will include: Laundry pickups, washing, folding, and putting away the clean laundry. Laundry Workers handle personal items as well as linens. At the end of shift, workers will clean equipment in the laundry building.
