Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a Nursing Support Registered Nurse (RN) to care for patients in the hospital!
Our Nursing Support department is our Hospital based Float Pool. Our float pool supplements staffing throughout the hospital based on need. Nurses who work in the Citizens Memorial Long Term Care Float Pool will be trained to float and support in a variety of areas! If you like to keep things switching up, this role is for you!
A typical day will include: receiving your shift assignment, bedside shift report, initial assessments, BMV scanning and med pass, coordinating and providing care utilizing critical thinking framework, assisting with meals and daily hygiene, effectively educating patient/family from admission to discharge, maintaining patient/family confidentiality and privacy, demonstrating knowledge that reflects current nursing practice. We take great pride in both our staff and our patients!
The position is Full-Time, Days
Job Requirements:
- Education: Practical Nursing
- Skills: Minimum 1-year long term care experience
- License:LPN
