Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Weekend House Supervisor role!
A Typical day will include: Ensuring the quality of nursing care provided; managing the clinical operations, policies & procedures; coordinating Performance Improvement activities; supervising staff; coordinating education programs; assisting with new employee selection & orientation; coordinating activities with other departments; maintaining required documentation; maintaining professional behavior; behaving in a manner consistent with mission and objectives of CMH and performs other duties as requested.
This position is: PRN, Weekends
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters preferred
- Skills:Management experience - 3 years in clinic setting
- License: RN
