The role of the Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is vital in this setting. As an integral part of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to the residents, utilizing your expertise in assessing and addressing their needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Safely administering medications
- Conducting regular resident assessments
- Monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Administering treatments and procedures per physician order
In addition to these responsibilities, you will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate resident admissions and discharges as well as develop the resident Plan of Care.

- Associates degree or Bachelors degree required
