This skilled nursing facility features 78 beds, including a memory care unit for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. Our team of licensed healthcare professionals is committed to providing top-notch care, utilizing strong critical thinking and assessment skills in accordance with federal and state regulations.
The role of the Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is crucial in this setting. As an integral part of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing excellent care to the residents, assigning care duties to nursing personnel consistent with their training and experience.
Key responsibilities include safe medication administration, conducting resident assessments, monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), and administering treatments and procedures per physician order.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be part of the interdisciplinary team facilitating resident admissions and discharges as well as the development of the resident Plan of Care.
