We are seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing excellent care to our residents in accordance with federal and state regulations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring safe nursing care, meeting all resident needs, and reporting concerns to the charge nurse for follow-up. You will be responsible for bathing, dressing, and assisting residents with all hygiene and toileting needs, as well as transferring residents safely. Additionally, you will answer call lights in a timely manner, make rounds on assigned residents, and accommodate their needs. You will also assist in the development and implementation of the resident Plan of Care.
This is a full-time position that requires good communication skills, patience, attention to detail, flexibility, and intrapersonal skills. If you do not already possess a Certified Nurse Assistant certification, we will provide on-the-job training to help you obtain your CNA. We also offer CPR certification if needed.
