Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care to residents based on current nursing theory and principles of treatment
• Maintain a safe and clean living environment for residents
• Contribute to the operations and communications of the facility
• Represent Citizens Memorial in a professional manner

Requirements

To be successful as a Certified Nurse Assistant at Citizens Memorial, you will need:

• High School Diploma or higher (preferred)
• Certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant
• At least one year of experience as a CNA
• Excellent communication skills, patience, attention to detail, flexibility, and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to travel to various facilities within our service area
