Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to work with our residents at Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility in Stockton, Missouri.
Lake Stockton is a 90-bed long-term skilled nursing facility offering rehabilitation services, including speech, physical and occupational therapy.
A typical day will include: Assessing patients’ needs and goals, collaborating with physicians and other team members to design individualized therapy plans, and working with patients one-on-one to provide therapeutic treatments and services. We utilize advanced technology and therapeutic methodologies to maximize rehabilitation services and deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
This position is: Full-time, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited college with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Experience: New graduates welcome; 1 year of experience preferred
- Skills: Patient care
- Licensure/Certification: Licensed by the Missouri Board of Registration for the Healing Arts
