Citizens National Bank has an excellent opportunity available at our Operations Center for a Project Specialist. In this role you will be responsible to perform project coordination and administer systems for all bank departments according to the goals and standards of the institution.
A typical day may include the following :
- Provide operational and technical support for bank staff
- Assist in the planning and implementation of system enhancements and updates.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of new software and processes.
- Analyze department operational procedures and methods. Recommend changes for improvement- with an emphasis on automation and efficiency.
- Implement processes to ensure full compliance with Federal and State rules and regulations.
- Provide technical assistance in the development or modification of products and services.
- Will work closely with our primary software vendor in order to maintain a good relationship and escalate items when needed. Will also work closely with 3rd party software vendors as needed.
- This position requires on-site presence.
