OBJECTIVE:
Assumes responsibilities and duties of the technical aspects of operations at the Main Branch.
Works with customers to ensure their satisfaction with banking at the Main Branch.
Lends support to Branch CSR's as needed.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Opening and establishing new accounts. (Due Diligence & Risk)
2. Issuing and Redeeming of Certificates of Deposit and IRA's.
3. Check and Deposit Ordering.
4. Safety Deposit Box Custodian. ( Mail notices, call on past due customers, verify payments each day.)
5. Balance and mail CD Interest Checks each week.
6. Log deceased customers.
7. Return Direct Deposits of deceased customers.
8. Key CD's to be closed and deposits to Add On CD's daily.
9. Balance the CD/IRA Clearing account daily.
10. Maintain the Captured Card Log.
11. Reset Netteller PIN numbers for customers as needed.
12. Print A TM/Debit Cards for customers.
13. Attend Training Sessions to keep updated on any changes and products.
Must be 18 years of age to apply
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Banking experience is preferred
