ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Contributes to the success of the team by actively participating in shared responsibilities and goals.
Completes a variety of client transactions in an accurate and efficient manner.
Upholds numerous compliance and regulatory requirements while operating in a time pressured environment.
Engages in client communication to determine and meet various needs and expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Previous experience in a client service industry preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of Citizens National Bank
Proficient in technology based systems
Proficient in professional written and verbal communication

Requirements :
General hours are Monday through Thursday from 7 : 30AM to 4 : 00PM and Fridays from 7 : 30AM to 6 : 00PM.
