Citizens National Bank has an excellent opportunity available at our Operations Center in Bluffton, Ohio for a Marketing Coordinator. In this role you will promote the products, services, and image of Citizens National Bank through online advertisements, pay per click campaigns and social media.
A typical day may include the following:
- Creating and placing all online advertisements
- Editing of digital photography and optimization of web graphics
- Posting to CNB’s social media sites and tracking engagement
- Placing pay per click and Facebook ads bids and monitoring effectiveness
- Researching and implementing new guidelines/apps for social media compliance
- Developing/designing email campaigns and online newsletters
- Monitoring social media sites daily
- Creating digital signage and maintaining schedule for all branches
- Assisting graphic designer with print projects as needed
- Maintains positive working relationships with representatives of media organizations and other bank vendors
- Represents bank in community organizations as needed
- Coordinates all media placement with Marketing Director
- Responsible for reporting advertisements to compliance for review
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, public relations or marketing; or equivalent job experience.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing (Adobe Suite) and WordPress.
- Social Media Management Experience
- Demonstrate creativity
- Experience in basic HTML website maintenance
- Strong interpersonal skills to work productively with peers, management, and vendors and represent bank professionally in public.
- High level of professionalism
- Knowledge of desktop publishing (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
