Citizens State Bank, a locally owned community bank, is seeking highly motivated candidates with a passion for five-star customer service to fill a new full-time (Monday-Friday) Citizens EXP Relationship Banker position at our La Crosse office. This individual will work closely with the Chief Retail Officer, assisting in overseeing retail banking functions while taking a lead role in managing the day-to-day functions of our online account system, Citizens EXP. The position requires strong customer service and organizational skills, as the individual will manage tasks such as account openings, service Citizens EXP customers, Chex Systems management, decedent account processing, and employee training for customer survey calls. Additionally, this role will collaborate with other departments, offices, and external customers to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate reporting, and compliance with regulations.
