The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive discovery and financial planning conversations to understand a client's financial goals and present personalized strategies aligned with each client's objectives.
- Growing net deposits, investments, and lending balances by leveraging Salesforce CRM to track activity and engaging Wealth Advisors and Certified Financial Planners to help clients reach their financial goals.
- Deepening and retaining client relationships through proactive outbound engagements based on life events, financial triggers, and other insights.
- Partnering with colleagues in other lines of business including Retail, Business Banking, Mortgage, and Wealth to provide clients a seamless experience across Citizens.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 3 - 5 years of banking, wealth management or other relevant equivalent experience.
- Experience working with affluent and high net worth clients.
- Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements to ensure a sound control environment.
