Working as part of a small but fast paced team, the Business Financial Support Analyst will be a key resource responsible for providing department and financial support including accounting, budget oversight, resource management and ensuring timely and accurate processing and reporting of this data. The analyst will possess the capabilities to forge strong partnerships with our vendors, sourcing partners, internal neighborhood leads and across business lines to deliver results through collaboration with others.

The analyst will possess the capabilities to forge strong partnerships with our vendors, sourcing partners, internal neighborhood leads and across business lines to deliver results through collaboration with others.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensures financial system accuracy by providing reporting of monthly expenses.
- Maintains financial, vendor, and resource management tracking mechanisms.
- Performs budget forecasting based on sound knowledge of work orders, milestone payments, and resource allocations.
- Ability to inform management of budget projections and variances, explaining causes and impact on department and resources.
- Weekly Planview Time tracking report generation including identification and resolution of anomalies.
- Works with multiple internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate setup of contract terms.
- Works with Neighborhood Leads and Experience Owners to obtain appropriate updates and change requests for any contract revisions and/or resource alignments.
- Ensures all town resources are kept current in the Agile Resource Data Mart (ARDM) application.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize business support processes and workflows, which involves proactively identifying and addressing issues or bottlenecks in service delivery, and striving for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business/finance preferred.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, action-oriented and organized.
- Problem solving mindset and excellent time management skills.
- Strong team player.
- Knowledge in analyzing and reporting on financials.
- Systems Knowledge – MS office. Competent use of Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Strong ability to multi-task.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams and competing priorities.
- Well-developed communication and presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross functional resources and stakeholders, influencing decisions, and managing work to achieve objectives.
- Ability to form strong relationships with business by understanding their priorities and their pain points, and partnering to help them.
- Hours per week: 40
- Work Schedule: M-F
