As a Customer Service Associate at Citizens, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers in our lobbies and providing personalized advice and solutions to meet their financial needs.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, demonstrating how to use digital technology such as mobile apps and ATMs, creating amazing experiences for customers, meeting quarterly referral goals, and following all financial policies and procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- High School degree or GED
- Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship
- Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
