At Citizens, we're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you'll make a real difference for customers by greeting them, demonstrating technology, and creating amazing experiences.
You'll provide personalized advice and solutions to help customers achieve their financial goals, connect them to Bankers for the next step, and educate customers about Citizens products and benefits.
Your responsibilities will include meeting quarterly referral goals, confidently cashing checks, processing withdrawals and deposits, and following all financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- A high school degree or equivalent is required.
- At least one year of customer-facing experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- The ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions to customer issues.
- A customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional service.
- Comfortable using digital technology to support business goals.
- A willingness to work branch hours, which may include weekends and evenings.
- Completion of a video interview assessment as part of the application process.
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Six months of experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
- Motivating others, like teammates, business partners, and specialists, through collaboration.

Pay Transparency: The estimated salary range for this position is $18.70-$24.00 per hour, based on factors including work location and relevant skills and experience.
