Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in our lobbies and demonstrate how to use our mobile app or ATMs to complete simple transactions.
- Create amazing experiences for our customers by looking for opportunities to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Connect customers with our Bankers for the next step in their financial journey.
- Educate customers about Citizens products and benefits.
Requirements
- High School degree or GED
- Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
- Minimum 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers
- Strong listening and communication skills
