Floor Care Maintenance Tech - 2nd Shift

DescriptionThe Floorcare Maintenance Technician role within Real Estate Operations has responsibility for floor maintenance, upholstery cleaning and temporary coverage for routine office cleaning and janitorial services within our Retail and back-office facilities.In this role you will be provided a portfolio of sites where it will be your responsibility to complete floor maintenance duties that include stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, and deep cleaning of various floor types. (VCT, Ceramic tile, carpet, wood, LVT, vinyl sheet goods, rubber tile, and other types at each facility.)Use of floor machines and extractors to clean and sanitize flooring and upholstery. (Chairs, cubicle walls, and other soft fabric materials)Traveling to and from facilities within a designated route / radiusMaintaining all floors and upholstery in the assigned facilities.Executing normal cleaning tasks and special projects when required cleaning designated facility areas when Janitorial staff needs coverage to include, (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)Closing out work orders upon completion using Computerized Maintenance Management System via cellphone, iPad, or computer access at facilitiesCommunicating in a pleasant and professional manner with internal Colleagues and external CustomersMaintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, tools and materials in vehiclesResponsibility for maintaining bank supplied vehicle and electronicsRequired Skills / Experience : Experience in Floor cleaning role, required.Ability to provide normal cleaning tasks and special projects when required cleaning designated facility areas when Janitorial staff needs coverage to include, (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)Proven customer service experienceDemonstrated written and verbal communications skillsAbility to communicate in English, including reading and writingAbility to travel as requiredAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to ascend and descend stairs.Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracyAbility to plan and prioritize workloadEducation, Certifications and / or Other Professional Credentials : High School Degree or EquivalentValid Driver's License, requiredHours & Work ScheduleHours per Week : 40Possibility of some overtime during evenings and weekendsWork Schedule : 4 : 00PM to 2 : 00AM Monday through ThursdaySome job boards have started using jobseeker-reported data to estimate salary ranges for roles.
