Pega CDH Lead Decisioning Architect

DescriptionCitizens’ innovative Decisioning Center of Excellence within the Enterprise Data & Analytics (ED&A) organization is seeking a Pega CDH Lead Decisioning Analyst (LDA) with a winning track record for implementing, developing, testing, and supporting decisioning software solutions that meet the business requirements and drive business outcomes. The LDA will work across several business channels with teammates to assure Pega logic development standards and consistencies are maintained, leading peer reviews and leading code reviews. The LDA will develop solutions based on business requirements or modify current solutions to meet changing needs and have a wide range of marketing automation experience. They will work closely with our Data Scientists and Product Partners to identify Next Best Customer Actions and the underlying values associated with those actions and participate in the overall NBA strategy development for the bank.
