Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team focused on early career development across Enterprise Technology & Security. This role is perfect for individuals looking to build their career in program management while supporting the design, implementation, and success of initiatives aimed at fostering early career talent within the organization. You will collaborate across teams, manage projects, and ensure a positive experience for participants in early career programs such as internships, rotational programs, and development initiatives.
Primary responsibilities include
- Program coordination: Assist in the planning, development, execution, and evaluation of early career program including recruiting, onboarding, training, mentoring, and rotational assignments.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with internal teams (leadership, HR, recruiting, hiring managers) to align program goals with organizational objectives.
Participant engagement: Serve as a point of contact for program participants, providing coaching, guidance, addressing concerns, and ensuring a supportive experience. - Project management: Oversee program timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Program improvement: Identify trends and evaluate program feedback; Report on successes and opportunities; Leverage data for program refinement.
- Event planning: Coordinate workshops, networking events, and development sessions for program participants.
- Communication: Create and distribute program materials, updates, and reports to participants and stakeholders.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
Basic Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience managing medium to large projects; planning, prioritizing and organizing deliverables across a team.
- Desire to lead, coach, mentor early career professionals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for talent development and diversity initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience and success leading high-impact, cross-functional programs.
- Exceptional relationship management skills with ability to effectively communicate across all levels of an organization.
- Degree or certification in business, human resources or a related field.
Hours & Work Schedule
- Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: M-F Minimum 3-days in office.
Domestic travel as needed.
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $ 89,074 - $ 133,611 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
