The Risk Analytics Sr Analyst is responsible for preparation of Fraud Operations reporting and analytics, developing code based on business requirements, enabling newer reporting automation, and provide analytical insights and recommendations enabling time sensitive business decisions.
The Sr Analyst will also partner and collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve objectives, assist in special projects and ad-hoc assignments upon request.
The role will also require demonstrating the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Hours per week: 40
Work Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $77,868 - $116,802 per year. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.

Primary Responsibilities Include
- Gathering data to develop dashboards and visualization reporting
- Performing routine, complex analytical review of data include customer data and review for fraud/risk activities and perform moderately complex analysis to identify and resolve process level issues.
- Performing ad hoc analysis and reporting and collaborate with management and/or project team stakeholders.
- Ensure the consistent and timely production of management and exception reporting as well as analysis of data for leadership.
- Prepare and analyze complex data while also resolving data issues and discrepancies for reporting.
- 1 year of experience in reporting and analytics, including building dashboards
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of SQL, SAS programming, Python, dashboard and reporting tools viz – Tableau, WebFocus, PowerBI, Alteryx and/or other reporting tools.
- Exposure to qualitative and/or quantitative datasets
- Strong ability to learn new tools and software
- Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
- Critical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Exposure to job automation schedulers like Autosys and/or others
- Fraud experience
