As a Software Engineer, you will join a collaborative team of engineers working on innovative
solutions to support Citizens' consumer banking applications. You will gain hands-on experience
in software development and work in an Agile environment, contributing to the design,
development, and deployment of scalable and high-quality Java-based solutions. This is a great
opportunity for individuals eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in the financial services
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions in Java.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to gather requirements
- and understand technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Conduct unit testing and assist in debugging and resolving technical issues.
- Contribute to CI / CD processes using tools like Jenkins and Git.
- Document software designs and technical specifications.
- Gain familiarity with APIs, databases, and modern software development frameworks.
