Description
The Senior Marketing Partner plays a pivotal role in supporting marketing initiatives to drive engagement and deepen customer relationships within the Deposits business line at Citizens. This role oversees email campaign execution, offer management, and budget oversight, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as risk management and analytics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Collaborate with Marketing Managers and Pod teams to plan, execute, and optimize email and mobile app campaigns.
- Serve as the primary liaison with email and mobile app execution teams, managing campaign intakes, creative approvals, and timelines.
- Work with risk management to ensure regulatory standards are met for all campaign materials.
- Partner with web publishing and analytics teams to manage landing pages, implement tracking URLs, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Manage the creative review process and ensure creative delivers on the strategy and campaign goals while keeping the customer experience in the forefront.

Education :
Bachelor’s degree required.
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week : 40
Work Schedule : M-F 8-5 3 days in Westwood MA office 2 days remote.
