We're seeking a Senior Engineer to lead development and enhancement of our enterprise marketing technology platforms, focusing on campaign setup and fulfillment across banking products.

Primary Responsibilities

Architect and develop scalable campaign management platforms supporting multiple banking products (deposits, credit cards, mortgages, loans)

Design and implement automated campaign workflow systems for targeting, content personalization, and multi-channel delivery

Build real-time analytics dashboards and reporting systems to track campaign performance and customer engagement

Develop APIs and microservices for seamless integration with CRM, content management, and analytics platforms

Lead technical design and implementation of A / B testing and optimization frameworks

Ensure platform security, compliance, and scalability while handling sensitive financial data

Collaborate with marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

7 years of experience building enterprise marketing technology platforms

Strong expertise in modern tech stack : Node.js / Python, React / Angular, GraphQL

Experience with marketing automation platforms (Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Deep knowledge of cloud services (AWS / Azure / GCP) and microservices architecture

Proficiency with real-time data processing (Kafka, Redis) and analytics databases

Experience with CI / CD pipelines, containers, and infrastructure as code

Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) in financial services

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills

Experience with CDP platforms and customer journey orchestration

Knowledge of ML / AI applications in marketing automation

Familiarity with tag management systems and web analytics

Experience with financial services marketing compliance requirements

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours / week)
