Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Director to lead our Compliance and Risk Management technology team. This role involves managing a portfolio of applications and data platforms for Compliance, AML, KYC, and Risk Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology strategy for compliance, AML, and KYC functions.
- Ensure all systems and processes are compliant with applicable regulations and meet audit requirements.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and data products.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to identify and implement data-driven solutions.
- Partner with senior executives to drive ideation, innovation, and strategic alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in managing software capabilities in Compliance and banking or financial services industries.
- Strong technical background with knowledge in software development, cloud technology, advanced analytics, and data models.
- Experience with AWS, Data Engineering capabilities, and microservices-based architecture.
- Demonstrated program management experience with proven ability to deliver on concurrent large initiatives.
