Job Summary
We are seeking a Citizens Teller who will make a real difference for our customers and the branch team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in our lobbies and demonstrate how to use technology to complete simple transactions.
- Create amazing experiences for customers by providing personalized advice and solutions that meet their needs.
- Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits, and effectively respond to questions and/or concerns.
- Meet quarterly referral goals and confidently cash checks, process withdrawals and deposits.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Creole.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship.
- Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
- Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
- Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- 6 months of experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
- Motivates others through collaboration.
- Process-oriented, energetic, detail-oriented and ability to multitask effectively.
