What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teller - Part Time position at Citizens?
As a Citizens Teller, you make a real difference for our customers and the branch team.
You will greet our customers in our lobbies, demonstrating comfort with technology to show how to use our mobile app or ATMs for simple transactions.
You will create amazing experiences for our customers by looking for opportunities to help them achieve their financial goals through personalized advice and solutions that meet their needs.
You will connect customers to our Bankers for further assistance, educating them on our products and benefits to effectively respond to questions and concerns.
You will meet quarterly referral goals, confidently cashing checks, processing withdrawals and deposits while following all financial policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
- High School degree or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship.
- Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
- Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
- Comfortable with using digital technology to support business goals.
- Ability to work branch hours, which may include weekends and evenings.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- 6 months of experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
- Motivates others through collaboration.
- Process-oriented, energetic, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask effectively.
Hours & Work Schedule
20 hours per week, varying with branch needs and may include weekends and evenings.
