We are looking for an entry-level staff to join our Business Management & Family Office (BMFO) practice in one of our California office locations. As an entry level staff, you will be responsible for following, but not limited to:

We are looking for an entry-level staff to join our Business Management & Family Office (BMFO) practice in one of our California office locations. As an entry level staff, you will be responsible for following, but not limited to:
NOTE: This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities
- Support and assist the Managers and Seniors on assigned entertainment, music, sports, and high net-worth clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients and client team members.
- Prepare Bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly cash basis financial reports and/or cash flow reports.
- Pay client bills.
- Credit Card expense analysis for proper coding.
- Update performance registers.
- Resolve vendor issues.
- Update billing worksheets.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business (Accounting, Finance, Business Management)
- Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and shift focus as needed.
- Strong attention to detail
- Multi-tasker
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and/or Agi link, Data faction a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
