We are looking for an Intern to join our Corporate Development team. As an intern you will work closely with the Corporate Development and Integration team to support Citrin Cooperman's inorganic growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions.

We are looking for an Intern to join our Corporate Development team. As an intern you will work closely with the Corporate Development and Integration team to support Citrin Cooperman's inorganic growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling and due diligence on M&A targets.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for CorpDevIntegration team review.
- Assess financial and operational performance of target companies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, human resources, information technology, and service line departments to assist in post-merger integration planning and execution by assisting with cost modeling and acquisition budgeting.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with financial statements, financial statement analysis, and valuation techniques. Financial modeling experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work in person from Citrin Cooperman’s 50 Rockefeller Center office 5 days a week
