We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Revenue Director to lead a transformative effort in centralizing and streamlining billing operations across our multi-location professional services firm.
This role will oversee 4-5 US-based billing coordinators and collaborates with an offshore partner in India to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant invoicing. Key responsibilities include transitioning billing ownership to a centralized team, improving workflows and billing timeliness, and driving organizational efficiency. The role also provides strategic oversight of receivables and collections, optimizing cash flow, reducing aged balances, and enhancing year-over-year growth and KPIs like yield, realization, and billing.

As the Senior Revenue Director, your key responsibilities will include:
- Centralizing billing operations, streamlining processes across offices, and establishing standard procedures to ensure timely, accurate invoicing.
- Driving cultural change by transitioning billing responsibilities to a centralized team, collaborating with senior leadership for smooth adoption.
- Improving financial performance through enhanced billing practices, innovative pricing models, and engagement-level margin improvements.
- Overseeing the AR director and team of 3-4 US based collections supervisors who will be supported by staff at offshore partner.
- Optimize billing accuracy, timeliness, and AR collections while implementing process automation, training, and best practices.
- Provide financial reporting, analyze performance data, and communicate insights to leadership.
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s/CPA preferred),
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance operations and 5 years in senior leadership.
- Proven success in organizational change, billing centralization, and offshore team management.
- Expertise in billing models, AR lifecycle optimization, financial software, and data-driven improvements.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills with experience driving efficiency and growth.
