We are seeking a Supervisor to join our Tax Operations team. As a Tax Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up new clients in tax-related systems - Axcess, XCM.
- 1099, 1042, 8027 filing.
- XCM Due Date Reporting and Due Date List Maintenance.
- XCM Management: setting up tasks in XCM, updating staffing at the client level in XCM, updating Client Groups in XCM, etc.
- Outsourcing and appropriate India permissioning in tax-related systems.
- E-filing, monitoring the E-file Portal, addressing e-file rejects and schema validation errors.
- Creating SurePrep Binders.
- Participating in SWAT teams – AXCESS-SWAT, DOC-SWAT, PORTAL-SWAT, XCM-SWAT, SurePrep-SWAT, SafeSend-SWAT.
- Collating of Tax Returns and Extensions, SafeSend Assembly including SafeSend Delivery to the client.
- Saving E-file Authorizations and E-file Acceptances in CCH Document.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and effectively handle stressful situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Must be available to work overtime and weekends as required during the spring and fall busy seasons.
- Basic Knowledge in Axcess Tax, CCH Document, CCH Workflow(XCM), SafeSend and SurePrep a plus.
- Knowledge of Axcess Tax e-filing status system is a plus.
- Hybrid role 2-3 days a week in office.
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
