We are looking for a highly experienced and effective Manager to join our Workiva Services team. You will manage the team of resources delivering solutions for clients within Workiva’s cloud-based platform. You will be responsible for supporting recruiting and training new hires and providing oversight and quality assurance for project deliverables being developed by the Workiva Services team. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of how our team incorporates offshore resources into our delivery model. This is a hands-on role working with clients and leading project resources to complete projects successfully and with a high degree of satisfaction. Specific responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee candidate screening and interviewing process for Workiva Services resources
• Coaching, training, mentoring, and developing Senior and Staff Consultants
• Collaborating with Workiva Services Solution Leads and Managers to translate solution design business requirements to technical requirements/tasks for the delivery team
• Drives utilization of project team members by directing work and resource planning to meet project profitability goals
• Ensures the team’s project tasks are completed, on time and within budget
• Analyzing requirements to:
  • Identify optimal use of existing software functionalities to streamline current processes for automation solutions
  • Design and implement new custom solutions within Workiva
  • Craft scalable, flexible, and resilient architectures that address clients’ business problems and accelerate the adoption of our Workiva’s software platform
• Overseeing and guiding project team to ensure alignment with original design and objectives, as well as overall quality of deliverables
• Identifying, documenting, and communicating technical risks associated with application development or enhancement initiatives
• Serving as a trusted advocate to help clients understand best practices around platform integration strategies
• Developing technical standards, work plans, estimates, requirement analyses, risk management & technology life-cycle plans, and documentation
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships within technology partner, clients, and Citrin Cooperman
• Staying abreast of emerging trends regarding solutions architecture, systems integration, and automation
• Providing exceptional service to clients, always acting as a positive brand ambassador for Citrin Cooperman

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of ERP, GRC or ESG system implementation experience with a professional services firm with education requirements OR, if no degree, at least 7 years of the above experience.
• Exceptional understanding of strategy and operations related to technical consulting and delivery of projects.
• Ability to independently manage individual time and tasks.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and changing situations.
• Experience supervising and/or mentoring a broad team of resources.
• Experience managing projects and leading project teams with competing near-term priorities.
• Intermediate proficiency with Python, SQL, JSON, and/or REST.
• Professional field experience with database design and queries.
• Advanced proficiency with MSFT Excel.
• Experience identifying and articulating the obstacles between current practice, best practice, and how automation can drive next practice.
• Effective communication skills with experience conveying information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workiva’s platform.
• Understanding of accounting, risk and compliance, and/or ESG and Sustainability processes.
• Experience working within:
  • Extract Transform Load (ETL) tools (e.g. Alteryx, Boomi, Mulesoft)
  • ERP software (e.g. Workday, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
  • GRC software (e.g. Archer, Service Now, Diligent, AuditBoard)
  • Multidimensional reporting software (e.g. Planful, Essbase, SAP BW)
  • Data warehousing, data marts, or desktop databases (e.g. Snowflake)
  • Dashboards in data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
• Experience participating in business development activities

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Accounting related area
