Position Summary
The Account Manager is directly responsible for the operational and financial success of the account(s) assigned within their portfolio. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager of the Department. It requires daily oversight of assigned location(s) including working onsite at those locations. Additionally, direct supervision of any team members assigned to their location(s), if applicable. It is also responsible for the direct satisfaction of every guest that chooses to visit the asset. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to work at least 45 hours a week on site at Citrin managed parking garage(s) during the week.
- Ability to work four to five days a week with a required ability to work on evenings and weekends.
- Ability to respond to on-call parking garage emergencies as needed.
- Ensures the daily operations within his/her portfolio perform in accordance to company policy. This includes working assigned hours at specified location(s), any new hire training (if applicable), providing excellent hospitality to all guests visiting the facility, maintaining professional appearance of the asset, and direct responsibility for week-to-week performance of the asset.
- Create weekly schedules for all location(s) within his/her portfolio.
- Works in excel to provide monthly asset reporting.
- Administer and embody the company’s disciplinary action process. Ensuring all infractions are being documented in a timely manner by their staff.
- Responsible for conducting disciplinary and probation meetings, executing termination once proper documentation is provided to HR for any assigned team members.
- Identify and make changes for operations, safety, or procedural updates as needed. Assist corporate in communicating these updates.
- Directly responsible for building or maintaining standard operating procedures and location pages for all current or new account(s) assigned.
- Directly responsible for client satisfaction. Will attend formal check-in meetings with client(s).
- Launching new locations within the assigned portfolio, if applicable.
- Equipment and facilities cleanliness and maintenance.
- Administers local orientation in coordination with Human Resources.
- Create and implement site specific training. Identify and build additional training needs as needed at assigned location(s).
- Audits daily reports completed by team and direct oversight of audits and cross-check.
- Tends to any escalated customer and client complaints reported from the team members.
- Reviews camera footage for incidents of claims, ensuring their team is following the proper procedures and timelines for reporting incidents.
- Responsible for tasks and duties assigned by the Director, Operations Manager, and Senior Account Manager related to customer service.
- Works in the operation up to or over their assigned hours each week.
- Problem solves onsite and documents major issues.
- Project oversight of the assigned location(s).
- Parking equipment repair and general maintenance.
- Works with vendors on contracted work within the location(s).
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years with operational and leadership experience.
- Established experience in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
- Flexible schedule in order to accommodate hours required by assigned location(s).
- Established experience in building annual budgets, managing and reporting results, identifying and instituting changes to the business to either maximize profitability or mitigate actuals that fall below expectations.
- Excellent oral (including formal presentations) and written communications and comprehension skills, required.
Qualifications Desired
- Experience in the parking or related industry is desired but not required.
- Bachelor degree in general business or related field preferred but not required.
Qualifications
Performance StandardsThis position will receive an annual performance review from the Market Manager to discuss actual performance as compared to company stated expectations and agreed upon job related performance goals for the upcoming year.
Expected Weekly Schedule
3PM-12AM Thursday - Sunday, may be on call to resolve garage / customer needs.

Starting salary: $47,000 - $49,000 based on experience.
