Citrin is an automotive staffing company looking to fill an exciting opportunity! Our Ford Dealership Partner is expanding, and we are seeking a Lube Technician to join our dealership in Bensenville, IL! With some of the largest service contracts in the area, we offer a steady flow of work and the resources to support productive technicians. Our facility includes over 70 working bays with state of the art equipment, ensuring you have the tools and space to excel.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Be the Oil Change Ace: Efficiently handle oil changes, following manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Filter Fast Swapper: Swap out old filters for fresh ones, keeping engines happy and healthy.
- Fluid Flow: Inspect and top off vital fluids like coolant and windshield washer fluid, keeping cars in tip-top shape.
- Tire Teamwork: Check tire pressure and adjust as needed, making every ride smooth.
- Team Player Power: Collaborate with the service crew to keep the shop running efficiently.
- Shop Symphony Conductor: Collaborate with the service crew to keep the shop running efficiently.
- Safety First: Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and reporting any hazards.
- Cleanliness Counts: Keep your work area organized and ensure proper disposal of used materials
- Schedule: Looking for someone who can work full time, 40 hours a week with rotating Saturdays. You will have a weekday off when you work a Saturday. Can discuss in more detail during the interview process

Qualifications
Do You Have the Skills?
- You're a quick learner, eager to soak up new knowledge and become a lube pro.
- You've got an eye for detail – nothing gets overlooked on your watch.
- Communication is key! You can explain things clearly and listen well.
- You're a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- You have previous automotive / quick lube experience
- Experience such as how to remove and rotate tires, how to pull an oil plug, and how to work the oil caddy
- Training will be provided for specific processes, but you will be expected to know the basics.
- Must be able to regularly stand, walk, reach with hands and arrms, stoop or crouch as well as lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
