Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of working of network, system administration, and databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality releases.
- Design and execute test cases based on requirements.
- Participate in requirement analysis and review meetings to provide valuable input on testability and quality aspects.
- Conduct product testing to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance concerns.
- Investigate and troubleshoot reported issues, working closely with development teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in QA methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on testing system applications.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automated scripts.
- Experience with hypervisors or clouds.
- Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory knowledge.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid programming/scripting skills in languages such as Powershell, C#, or Python.
- Experience with automation tools: Ansible, Terraform, Packer, Chef or other.
- Experience with relational, time-series, or NoSQL databases.
- Experience working with OS & Networking advanced concepts.
- Experience with Linux server and workstation administration.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with modern hypervisors XenServer, Hyper-V, Vsphere or other.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, GCP or any other public or private cloud.
