Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems.
- Interpret schematics to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and repairs on automated systems.
- Perform residential painting and other aesthetic improvements as required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients and addressing their concerns.
Experience
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, with strong mechanical knowledge.
- Familiarity with using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques is beneficial but not mandatory.
