What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Coordinator position at Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning?
Are you ready to join a dynamic, customer-focused environment? We're looking for a Administrator Coordinator who would enjoy working with the owner, bookkeeper and the entire team in delivering a positive team culture and keep our customers returning!
Must have attention to detail, time management skills, and be able to multi-task. Must also be friendly and be customer service oriented.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing work orders / invoices
- Processing payments: checks, credit cards and cash
- Updating spreadsheets - Excel proficient / Word Docs
- Accounts receivable updates
Also responsible for overflow calls:
- Answering phones
- Taking detailed messages
- Booking appointments
- Responding to verbal inquiries
- Calling customers to confirm scheduled appointments
- Making follow-up calls
- Entering new customers and service orders into the computer
- Oversee & maintain fleet schedules throughout the day
- Handle any complaints or concerns
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven experience in office administrative work
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize task effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with scheduling software or tools for efficient schedule management
- Familiar with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
- Detailed -oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
