Job Description:
As a Park Manager at Citrus Glen Homes, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our mobile home parks across the United States. This role will involve a variety of tasks, from tenant communication and rent collection to ensuring the financial health of the property through detailed reporting. Your work will directly impact the performance of our properties and the satisfaction of our tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Rent Collection: Oversee and ensure timely rent collection from tenants, addressing any issues related to payments.
- Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing any concerns, complaints, or maintenance requests, and liaising with vendors for resolution.
- Vendor Management: Facilitate communication between tenants and service vendors to ensure maintenance issues are resolved efficiently.
- Financial Reporting: Create, update, and maintain detailed Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and other financial reports using Excel.
- Property Maintenance: Ensure the park’s facilities are properly maintained, coordinating repairs, upgrades, and ongoing upkeep.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to park operations.
- Budget Management: Monitor expenses and work to keep operations within budget, optimizing costs wherever possible.
- Marketing & Leasing: Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and ensure timely lease renewals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management, preferably in mobile home parks or real estate management.
- Strong knowledge of P&L statements and Excel spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and management.
- Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and solve problems creatively.
- Basic understanding of property maintenance and vendor management.
- Must be highly reliable and have a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to travel to multiple properties as needed.
