What You Need to Know
We are looking to add a Financial Operations Coordinator to our Speaker Bureau and Meeting Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and effectively supporting various financial and operational aspects of the department and its clients. A key function of this role involves ensuring the accuracy and compliance of speaker program financials, processing expenses, and facilitating the financial closeout of speaker bureau and meeting programs.
This is a remote position, however, the ideal candidate will be comfortable working alongside colleagues in the Eastern and Central time zones.
What You'll Do
- Review all elements of completed speaker programs to ensure accuracy according to client-specific business rules and compliance guidelines for financial closeout
- Analyze receipts and meeting documentation to verify that speaker expense reimbursements meet compliance standards and are processed promptly
- Comprehend and enforce Citrus and client guidelines and business rules related to Speaker Bureau financial operations
- Maintain professional and dignified communication with colleagues, speakers and clients addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Development of Transfer of Value (TOV) reporting
