Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced licensed architect to produce plan sets for our custom homebuilding clients.
Key Responsibilities
\\1. Design and draft plans for single-family and commercial buildings using AutoCAD or a related program.\\2. Ensure compliance with Florida building code requirements and create designs that meet client needs.\\3. Collaborate with clients throughout the design process from concept to completion.
Requirements
\\1. 5 years of experience as a licensed architect.\\2. Extensive knowledge of building codes and their effect on design.\\3. Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture and other drafting software.\\4. Strong communication and project management skills.\\5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.\\
