About Us
Citrus Hills Construction has been the exclusive builder for The Villages of Citrus Hills in Citrus County, Florida, for over thirty years.
We are seeking an experienced architect to produce plan sets for our custom homebuilding clients. To be successful, the ideal candidate would have 5 years of experience with AutoCAD or a related program and knowledge of architectural exterior and interior building systems.
The successful candidate is expected to be familiar with Florida building code requirements while also creating and evaluating designs to meet the needs of our clients' requests. This includes single family and commercial building design and drafting, as well as strong knowledge of building codes requirements and their effect on design.
This role will also be responsible for creating CAD drawings for our homebuyers in the design process from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and evaluate designs to meet client needs
- Produce high-quality plan sets using AutoCAD or a related program
- Familiarity with Florida building code requirements
- Strong knowledge of architectural exterior and interior building systems
