We are seeking an experienced and licensed architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 5 years of experience with AutoCAD or a related program and a deep understanding of architectural exterior and interior building systems.
The successful candidate is expected to be familiar with Florida building code requirements while also creating and evaluating designs to meet the needs of our clients' requests.
Responsibilities
- Design and draft plans for custom homes and commercial buildings.
- Ensure all designs comply with Florida building code requirements.
- Create CAD drawings for our homebuyers from concept to completion.
Qualifications
- Extensive history of single-family and commercial building design and drafting.
- Strong knowledge of building codes requirements and their effect on design.
- Experience using AutoCAD Architecture.
