We are seeking an experienced licensed architect to produce plan sets for our custom homebuilding clients in Florida. The ideal candidate would have 5 years of experience with AutoCAD or a related program and knowledge of architectural exterior and interior building systems.
The successful candidate is expected to be familiar with Florida building code requirements while also creating and evaluating designs to meet the needs of our clients' requests. They will be responsible for creating CAD drawings for our homebuyers in the design process from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and drafting of single-family and commercial buildings
- Familiarity with Florida building codes and their effect on design
- Experience using AutoCAD Architecture
