Summary
As a Location Manager, you will oversee the operations of our in person classes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. Reporting to the Remote Registered Dietician, your role is pivotal in maintaining a high standards of communication and collaboration among team members. Responsibilities
- Oversee operations at the location, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Manage staff schedules, ensure accuracy of timecards, and coordinate team activities to optimize productivity.
- Communicate effectively with team members and Remote Registered Dietician to address issues and provide updates.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Lead or suppliers for necessary materials.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with your team and store locations contact representative, as well as other stakeholders
- Proven experience in location management or similar roles
- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently
- Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient in using location management software and tools
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
