What are the responsibilities and job description for the Meal Assembly Team Member position at Citrus Pear?
Meal Assembly team members are responsible for fully assembling meals for customers. They do not work our in-person classes but prepare meals for either pickup or delivery.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Follow recipe labels and accommodate for allergy modifications
- Prepare and clean up after assembled meals
- Work as a team to accomplish a task
Qualifications and Skills
- Active food handler permit required
- Ability to read and follow recipes with 100% accuracy
- Work well with others and be a team player
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Intermediate cooking knowledge preferred

· Ability to stand for 6 hours at a time
· Ability to handle ingredients, tools, and utensils
