Shift-1-2x's per month, evening hours.
Class Instructor Job description:
Class Instructors are responsible for facilitating meal prep classes and instructing participants on how to assemble meals. In select locations, instructors will also participate in fully assembling meals for customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Organize class program and structure, based on manager instructions
· Instruct and explain meal assembly and processes to a group of 12-16 participants
· Answer questions and solve problems that may arise during classes
· Communicate location needs to Location Manager or Lead Dietitian
· Launder aprons and towels
· Wash, sort, and inventory meal ingredients
· Prepare stations and ingredients before classes
· Take down and clean up after classes
Qualifications and Skills
· Active food handler permit required
· Ability to read and follow recipes with 100% accuracy
· Have strong organization and communication skills
· Work well with others and be a team player
· Intermediate cooking knowledge preferred

· Ability to stand for 6 hours at a time, moving around quickly during classes
· Ability to handle ingredients, tools, and utensils
· Ability to lift large bins and other equipment (up to 60 lbs.)

· Must have a tolerance for strong scents and aromas
