We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to maintain appearance.
- Carry out industrial cleaning duties in designated areas, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and office spaces through regular custodial services.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall building upkeep.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and emergencies to ensure a clean environment at all times.
- Conduct inspections of the premises to identify areas needing attention or repairs.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment used in commercial cleaning environments.
- Experience in floor care methods including buffing and maintenance of various flooring types.
- Familiarity with custodial practices and industrial cleaning standards.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and facility occupants effectively.
- Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Capability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties, including lifting and moving equipment as necessary.

Pay: $13.00 - $13.85 per hour
