Location :
The City and County of Denver supports a hybrid workplace model. Employees work where needed, at a job site several days a week and off-site as needed. Employees must work within the state of Colorado on their off-site days.
In this position you can expect to work on site at our Airport Office Building located at Denver International Airport. This opportunity will also take part in leading community engagement events which may occur during evenings and / or weekends.

DEN’s Center of Equity and Excellence in Aviation (CEEA) division is currently seeking a Career Pathways Manager, Youth Programs to join their team and will report to the Director of CEEA. CEEA is part of DEN’s Strategic Plan, Vision 100 which has set a clear path to successfully reaching 100 million annual passengers. CEEA is the first of its kind in the aviation industry aimed at engaging, educating, empowering and motivating small businesses, students and employees.
A successful candidate is responsible for a wide range of job responsibilities that require leadership, program, and project management skills. The candidate will oversee the development and delivery of education and youth programming throughout the year while establishing and maintaining partnerships with stakeholder and community entities.
